Field teams lose the day to admin

Most service businesses run on a patchwork of tools and workarounds. The work gets done, but the running of it leaks time and money at every step. We kept hearing the same four things.

A scheduling app, a quoting tool, spreadsheets and an accounting package that never quite talk to each other.

Jobs finish, then the invoice waits for someone back at the office, and the money lands weeks later.

A tech gets booked whose licence has quietly lapsed, and you find out the hard way.

Margins worked out by hand, so a supplier price rise eats the profit on every open quote.

What we built

One system, from first call to cash

AmpLine replaces the whole stack with a single platform that fits how the work actually happens. The office sees the pipeline, the money and the compliance picture in real time. The tech carries the whole run in their pocket: the schedule, navigation, photos and notes, quoting, invoicing and payment, all offline-capable and synced the moment they are back on.

Because it is one system, the numbers are always live and always agree. A job closed on site is revenue, cash and a compliance record in the same instant.

The decisions

Six calls that make it different

Anyone can list features. These are the design decisions we made deliberately, because they are where a field-service platform usually falls down.

All-in-one, accounting included

Jobs, quotes, projects, invoicing, payments and accounting live in one place, built by us. No bolt-on ledger to reconcile, no export and re-import. What happens on site is already in the books.

Compliance-aware scheduling

Expired licences and certifications block a booking automatically. An unsafe or non-compliant job simply cannot be scheduled, so the risk never reaches the customer.

Live margins, one-tap reprice

Every quote line shows its real margin as you build it. When a supplier cost moves, a single tap reprices the open quotes it affects, so profit is never quietly eroded.

Invoice and get paid on site

The tech raises the invoice and takes payment before they leave. Cash arrives in days, not months, and nobody chases paperwork after the fact.

Event-driven by design

A live sensor alert becomes a prioritised job with an SLA the instant it triggers. The platform reacts to the real world, it does not wait for someone to type it in.

A real customer portal

Customers see job progress, accept or decline a quote and check invoice balances without a login or a game of phone tag. Fewer calls, faster approvals.

Time off the admin, cash off the wait
